OUR WATER
AND SEWER SYSTEM
Spanish Lakes Country Club Service Corporation, Inc ("Service Corporation") was established to develop and operate a water distribution and sewage collection system in Spanish Lakes Country Club Village (SLCCV).  The homeowners of SLCCV own the Service Corporation.  The Service Corporation has contracted with Wynne Building Corporation, owners of SLCCV, to maintain and operate the water distribution and sewage collection system.  This contract will expire August 24, 2011.   The Service Corporation is governed by a Board of Direectors.  Three members are residents and two are from the Wynne Corporsation.  (See below.)

The Service Corporation is permitted by the South Florida Water Management District to draw a maximum of 110 million gallons a year from its wells.  It is very important to stay below this maximum.  Conservation is vital.  A link below will let you see how we are doing.

Our aim in this section of the web site is to provide residents with important information about our water and sewer system.  If you have suggestions for us please contact Frank Buzzelli (fbuz561@aol.com ) who manages this feature.
