The meeting was called to order at 7:05PM by Presid=
ent
Tom Schneider with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence.
Board members present: Tom Schneider, John Reiff,
Gay Fazio, Linda Murphy, Tony Wells and Darlene=
Coulling.
Absent: Genny Smith
Kathy Reiff was appoint=
ed
acting secretary for the meeting.
Minutes of the meeting held October 29, 2008 were read. They were accepted as read.
The treasurer’s report was read by treasurer,=
Gay Fazio, and was accepted as read.
Membership – Darlene Cou=
lling
reported that membership for 2008 shows a final figure of 564. She also reported 75 new members f=
or
2009.
Communications – Tony Wells announced that
part-time work for the census in our area beginning in December and January=
is
available for any one interested.
The wage is good --$13 - $14 per hour! Further information can be obtaine=
d at
the Recreation Desk.
Activities – Linda Murphy reported that the
Halloween Dance was well attended.
The next dance will be held January 17, 2009 with a Mardi Gras theme.

carts are using parking spots that are designated for cars. Please refrain from using these pa=

spaces. We are still working =
on a
new parking area for golf carts.

are being received regarding the lawn mowing crew. Please see John after the meeting =
if you
are having problems with lawn mowing.
Craig has spoken the workers.

STOP sign stencil will not be available from Craig. Homeowners will need to make a ste=
ncil.

Beech reported a program to be presented on January 19th at 1:00PM by the <=

Club Reports:
Pat Gordon reported the Music Makers will present a
program by the Kazoo Band in February and “Fun’s a Poppin” will be in March
Old Business:
Tom reported that State Highway Department will con=
duct a
survey for a traffic light into our Village beginning the first week in Dec=
ember. Concern for safety of residents ha=
s made
a traffic light necessary.
John Reiff reported on =
the
changes in the b-laws. A copy=
of
the proposed changes is attached to these minutes and made available for
homeowners. Comments will be
accepted at the January meeting.
New Business:
Co-Chairs for the Nominating Committee are Claudia = Burgdorf and Nate Foote.<= o:p>

Frank Wells, and Frank Buzzelli. Nominations will be made in Januar=
y and
voted on in February 2009.
Tom reported that the recycling bins are to be pick=
ed up
outside the Club House. We wi=
ll be
notified when recycling begins. Pat
Gordon asked if the dumpster in the parking lot will still be in use. Yes- Continue to use the dumpster =
for
the present time.
Robin has asked that an unwrapped toy be brought to
“Happy Hour” on December 3rd for distribution to area children.=
Frank Buzzelli reported=
on the
rent increase for second owners.
Rent is based on C.P.I.
(Consumer Price Index) He mentioned the difficulty determ=
ining
the CPI when notices for rent increase must be sent out 90 days before the
increase. He attended a recent
workshop for FMO. He explaine=
d the
pros and cons of meeting with park owners.=
He will continue to investigate the matter.
Comments and Questions from the floor:
June Waylon was concerned about the cutting of garb=
age
collection to once a week.
Uncollected garbage will attract rodents and animals. Response: The program is new and will need t=
o see
what happens. If proper recyc=
ling is
done, actual household garbage will be less. There being no further business, a
