HOA General Meeting

April 29, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Presid= ent Tom Schneider with the Pledge of Allegiance and moment of silence.

Officer’s Report

Secretary Secretary, Joyce Kelly read the minutes from the general meeting on March 25, 2009. They were accepted as read.

Treasurer Treasurer, Gay Fazio gave the treasurer’s report. It was accepted as read,

Membership Darlene Coulling reported that we have 415 paid members.

Activities Linda Murphy ann= ounced that there will be a Mother’s Day Brunch on Saturday May 8th at 11:00am. The ticket price is = $4.00. Each paid member that is a Mother = will get a free ticket. They will = be on sale again in the card room on Monday May 4th. Linda also asked for volunteers to= help with the brunch.

Communications Tony Wells read a request from Salvation Army asking for food donations so they can re-stock their pantry. It was decided = that we will ask Robyn to put an announcement in the bulletin when we are having= a food drive for them. Tony als= o read information as to when Flags should and should not be flying.

Vice President Vice President C= olleen Thibaut read over four suggestions. The comments were for more golf ca= rt parking, undesirables moving into park, house prices going down and non own= ers golfing. It was stated that i= f you are not a paid HOA member we cannot accept a comment. We ask you to give your comments t= o the park management.

Old Business A discussion from the floor as to the conditions of our roads, street lights being out and painting of the sewer pipes.

New Business None<= /span>

Club Reports Frank Buzzelli announced computer class will be on the seco= nd and fourth Mondays.

There being no further business the meting was adjo= urned at 7:29pm.
