EXTERIOR WATER USE
SCHEDULE

South Florida Water
Management District will be allowing residents in St. Lucie County to water two
days a week, instead of the previously restricted one day a week. Therefore, we
are revising our schedule.
This schedule shall be
effective immediately and should be considered as an addition to the Policies
and Regulations. This schedule indicates the days and hours when each resident
is permitted to water their lawns. this is NOT temporary program and will be in
effect until further notice.
As stated in the original
Spanish Lakes Policies & Regulations, which each resident has signed,
Residents can water two
hours per designated day, twice a week, between the hours of:
6:00 am to 8:00 am or 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Please note the word “OR “ one time per day, not two times
per day
Odd numbered houses may water on Wednesdays and
Saturdays.
Even numbered houses may water on Thursdays and Sundays
When watering, you are
permitted to use up to two hoses of a totally portable nature,
each with a single moveable head,
and not connected to any timing device, (time clock, mechanical controllers, battery
operated controllers, etc.) While your cooperation is mandatory, it is also
greatly appreciated.
