LA CANTINA
THE SLCCV CANTEEN SPONSORED BY THE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
An important institution at SLCCV is La Cantina, sponsored by the Homeowner's Association and using the services of many hard working volunteers. Usually open from October to April, the canteen is currently run by Wayne Thibaut, our chef extraordinary. Wayne can be found five days a week preparing lunch for our Village residents. Wayne makes home made soup, cold sandwiches, grilled cheese. On Wednesday we have a chicken sandwich and on Friday there is the ever popular fish sandwich. And of course the old stand by's, hot dogs & burgers. How is all this possible? If it were not for our great volunteers helping Wayne, it would not be possible.
